Villa Park Council Meets October 27; HalloweenFest Set October 30, 4–7 p.m.

VILLA PARK, California — October 25, 2026. Villa Park’s official website lists a City Council meeting Tuesday, October 27 at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, 17855 Santiago Boulevard. The city’s published 2026 Council schedule also includes November 17 and a special December 8 installation meeting.

Official records and next steps

A separate HalloweenFest is scheduled Friday, October 30 from 4 to 7 p.m. The official city calendar marks the event as a community gathering; the local community services foundation identifies the Villa Park Town Center as the planned site and lists trick-or-treating, costume competition and games. Families should check the organizer’s current details for parking, admission and changes. The City Council agenda should be used for meeting business rather than the recreational event listing.
